Opportunity

At L'Oréal, what matters is your potential!

You will complete this internship within the Human Resources Legal Department and work on the following topics:

-          Handling individual cases (from receipt of the case to finalization)

-          Drafting legal documents and advice (transactions, targeted internal client response drafts, etc.)

-          Conducting legal research,

-          Assisting in the development of templates and guides for the intranet site,

-          Developing training materials or presentations, participating in the skills development of the HR population,

-          Presenting legal updates at team meetings.

Your profile

-          You are a law student

-          You have some initial experience in social law and want to continue developing your expertise

-          You are thorough and have good analytical skills

-          You enjoy working in a team

The Recruitment Process

1. Interview with a Recruiter – 30 min: An opportunity to introduce yourself and discuss the role and the L’Oréal Group.
2. Meeting with Your Potential Future Manager – 45 min: A chance to dive deeper into the responsibilities of the position.
