Depending on your expertise, you could shape your career as a:
Project Management Officer (PMO):
- Drive a portfolio of up to 200 impactful projects, shaping the strategic direction of the group’s technology roadmap.
- Monitor activity with sharp budget follow-up and KPIS dashboards in Power BI, delivering insights for high level decisions
- Cultivate and energize a global community of international stakeholders, serving as the ultimate guardian of operational excellence and fostering best practices across all initiatives.
Product Owner (PO):
- Strategically define and drive the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business needs and delivering maximum value to our users.
- Actively organize and lead our agile rituals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment that brings innovative products to life.
- Engage deeply with a diverse community of international stakeholders, translating their needs into clear product requirements and championing the user experience.
IT Project Manager (IT PM):
- Masterfully lead and coordinate your project’s lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery while championing best practices and guidelines.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams, guiding them through every stage of development to achieve project milestones with precision and agility.
- Meticulously track and manage project resources, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient delivery and successful outcomes for your initiatives.

Your profile:
- You are a student currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering/Business School or University.
- Looking for a 6-month internship starting January or March 2026 with an internship agreement provided by your school.
- Fluent in English or French.
- You have an aptitude for hands-on work and adapting to change. You know how to thrive in a challenging environment while communicating effectively.
- You are dynamic and have a strong interest in technology and digital innovation.
Beyond technical skills, we are primarily looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to challenge the status quo.

- Recruiter Interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
- Meeting with your potential future manager - 45 min: To discuss the role's missions.
