A Day in the Life
As a Product Manager for L’Oréal Paris Makeup, you’ll be at the heart of driving the brand’s success in the Egyptian market. Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you’ll work in a dynamic and diverse team, collaborating with sales, digital, and supply chain teams to bring innovative beauty solutions to life.
Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Brand Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow L’Oréal Paris Makeup’s presence in Egypt.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and refine product positioning.
- Digital Marketing: Collaborate with digital teams to create impactful campaigns that resonate with local audiences.
- Project Management: Lead product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and timely execution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive business results.
We Are Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
- Hold a degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
- Are fluent in English and have a strong understanding of the Egyptian market.
- Bring experience in the beauty industry and a passion for makeup.
- Excel in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, and Project Management.
- Are a creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to take ownership and make an impact.
