This multifaceted apprenticeship offers hands-on experience across three key areas:

  • La Roche-Posay Foundation: Contribute to the development and implementation of impactful philanthropic programs championed by the Foundation, and help communicate these initiatives both internally and externally, amplifying their reach and impact.
  • Sustainable Development (Environmental): Play a vital role in driving La Roche-Posay's sustainable transformation. You'll be involved in piloting key sustainability initiatives, developing engaging content, and crafting impactful communication campaigns to showcase the brand's environmental achievements and commitments, both within L'Oréal and to the wider public.
  • Brand Cause (Social): Support La Roche-Posay's commitment to oncology and cancer patients. You'll contribute to the development and execution of social programs, lead specific initiatives, and create compelling content to communicate the brand's social impact.

Your strategic and diversified missions:

  • La Roche-Posay Foundation:
    • Contribute to the development and deployment of the philanthropic Foundation's programs.
    • Develop internal and external communication on the philanthropic Foundation's programs.
  • Sustainable Development (Environmental):
    • Contribute to the sustainable transformation of La Roche-Posay, one of the leading dermo-cosmetic skincare brands.
    • Pilot sustainability initiatives.
    • Develop content and campaign assets for internal and external communication of the brand's sustainable initiatives and achievements.
  • Brand Cause (Social):
    • Contribute to the development of brand programs dedicated to oncology and support for cancer patients.
    • Pilot social initiatives.
    • Develop content and campaign assets for internal and external communication of the brand's social initiatives and achievements.
  • Daily support for all missions of the Sustainability, Brand Cause, and Philanthropic Foundation team.

What you will learn:

This apprenticeship offers a rare and formative opportunity, with a global and strategic vision of the brand's commitments to social impact and sustainable development. You will be at the heart of the Group's environmental and social responsibility challenges, while developing a comprehensive understanding of societal issues.

You will work in collaboration with the La Roche-Posay teams, L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty, and external stakeholders (NGOs, associations, etc.). Being part of the Impact & Sustainability team will allow you to interface with Marketing, Communication, Research & Innovation, and Sustainable Development teams, while interacting with strategic partners.

What we are looking for:

  • A clear interest in CSR, with a focus on sustainable development, social responsibility, and philanthropy.
  • Strong curiosity for brand environments and societal issues.
  • Results-oriented and detail-conscious.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Skills in data analysis, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French is highly desired.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, entrepreneurial spirit, and open-mindedness.

You are:

  • A Master's student (engineering school, business school, university).
  • Looking for a 12-month apprenticeship starting January 2026 until December 2026.
  • Able to thrive in an English-speaking environment.
