👀What does it look like to work as a PMO/PO/IT PM at L’Oréal?
Well, first it depends on your appetence! You could work either on business-oriented project or on more technical subjects such as Infrastructure and have the possibility to work on significant worldwide transformation.

- Manage and coordinate a portfolio of projects by making sure everything runs smoothly and is delivered on time while following guidelines instructions
- Be a PMO Master by joining a team with up to 200 projects!
- Animate a community of international stakeholders and be the guardian of best practices
- Organize and participate actively in our agile rituals
- Monitor the team activity through budget follow-up and KPI creation via Power BI

Your profile:
- You are a student
- With a master’s degree in Engineering or Business School / University.
- Looking for a one-year apprenticeship.
- Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement for 12 months by your school.
- Fluent in English or French.

If this interview is successful, you will then meet your potential future manager for a second and final interview, between 45 minutes and 1 hour, to discuss the missions.
