Key Job Accountabilities
 
・Build @cosme Awareness Strategy from the corporate view point
・Select brand best hero products and help improve their ratings, reviews and awareness
・Convert and monetize improved ratings & reviews advocacy and traffic into E-commerce
・Negotiate with Brand divisions based on the consolidated needs of each division 
・Liaise with various functions to support effective @cosme Awareness initiatives for each brand division, including providing professional suggestions/ advices
・Lead @cosme business development / promotional activities with Brand divisions at Nihon L’Oréal level
・Negotiate/ working together with istyle based on JBP
・Issue reports on consolidated Nihon L’Oréal @cosme business for key stakeholders in Japan
・Support Business unit manager

Qualification

・More than 3-year experience at Advertising/Media agencies or in Advertising/Media in consumer goods companies
・Experience of Advertising/Media related projects management
・Good communication skill both in Japanese and English
・Good PC skill: PowerPoint, Excel
   
Preferred Qualification

・Experience at EC platform companies (e.g. Rakuten or Amazon), and/or experience of Advertising/Media in consumer goods company using EC platform (e.g. Rakuten or Amazon) are highly preferred
・Experience of working for foreign companies or living in foreign countries
・Experience of working in a company with multiple brands
