Job Description

·         Drive integrated media strategy in line with business objective

·         Define and evaluate media performance, trends and competitive landscape to strengthen media strategic planning and identify new opportunities.

·         Lead on media KPI setting reframe across whole consumer decision journey, build golden rules on top of evolving media trends to continuously optimize by platform/format media mix that to drive the efficiency.

·         Build internal capability of holistic consumer experience of touch point understanding and media ecosystem, maximizing short-term and long-term ROI from media standpoint, so that drive sustainable business growth

·         Developing team for holistic social platform planning and competition strategy decoding.

  • Collaborate with cross function lines include crop CDO team, brand team and Buycoor to drive strategic initiatives for group, divisions and brands


  • ·         Experience in media planning
    • o   At least 5 years’ experience working at digital marketing and media planning. (Experience at both agency and brand side is preferred)
    • o   At least 3 years’ experience as team leader
    • o   Solid knowledge of evolving digital & media trends
    • o   Experience on handling media budget above 200 Million RMB
  • ·         Communication & Project Management
    • o   Smart and really open minded
    • o   Strong logic and good sense on data analysis
    • o   Good communicator via both paper work and presentation
    • o   Proficient in Excel and PPT
