- Develop category channel strategy in an assigned category for long term growth. Work with retailers for customer projects/reviews.
- Responsible to develop POP driver ( Assortment, Pricing, Promotion, Merchandising) aligned with brand strategy and channel strategy
- Be able to analyze market situation by integrate a various kind of information ie. Market data, competitor activity, shopper insight and giving a recommendation to management level for corrective action or opportunity
- Be a change catalyst to initiate new opportunity for long term business growth
- Analysis ROI (return on investment) of each activity and able to provide further recommendation
- Monitor P&L (focus promotion spending) with sales team to ensure deliversing both sales and profit KPIs
- Coach team member to upskill category management skills
