-          All type of consumer researches to support brand strategy and operation management, from trend understanding and identification, market opportunity understanding, product concepts / positioning, communication, brand equity / positioning, all the way to post launch evaluations.  Ensure high quality of design, execution and delivery.

-          Inspire / challenge brand teams about new ideas. Enable transformation from insights to business applications.
