Advocacy & Influence Coordinator Consumer Products Division
As an Advocacy & Influence Coordinator within L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division in Greece, you will help bring our brands closer to the creators and communities shaping beauty conversations. Working alongside the advocacy and brand teams, you will support influencer campaigns, help bring engaging brand experiences to life, and contribute to cross-brand initiatives that connect our portfolio through shared creator opportunities and activations. From coordinating product seeding and events to exploring social trends and supporting campaign reporting, you will gain hands-on experience in how creativity, collaboration and meaningful creator relationships build brand engagement.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•Support & Engage Creator Communities: Help identify relevant creators, from established voices to emerging and micro-creators, based on audience relevance, content quality and brand fit. Support ongoing relationships through tailored communication, product discovery and engagement opportunities beyond one-off campaigns.
•Explore Social Trends & Creative Opportunities: Follow platform trends, social conversations and emerging content formats. Gather insights and share ideas to help shape creator briefs, content angles and activations.
•Help Bring Creator Campaigns to Life: Support brief preparation, timeline coordination and follow-ups with agency and creators. Help track content development, balancing brand messages with each creator’s authentic voice.
•Discover Relevant Communities: Help research communities, creators and cultural moments that offer meaningful opportunities for our brands to connect with audiences. Share findings and ideas with the advocacy and brand teams.
•Bring Share-Worthy Brand Experiences to Life: Assist with the preparation and delivery of online and offline creator experiences, from product seeding and launches to events and community activations. Support cross-brand coordination where relevant, while respecting each brand’s distinct identity.
•Track Performance & Capture Learnings: Gather campaign results, update reporting dashboards and help turn performance data into clear learnings for future activations.
