Job Description
As a Pricing Analyst, you will help ensure the accurate setup, maintenance and settlement of commercial agreements. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Credit and the wider Pricing team, you will support the processes that connect trade terms with financial data and reporting.
You will play an important role in ensuring that accruals and settlements are processed accurately and in a timely manner, in line with commercial agreements and internal control requirements.

In this job, you will have a wide range of responsibilities, including:

- Create and maintain commercial contracts and agreements in SAP, using inputs validated with the sales team. Ensure the system calculates and posts financial accruals correctly.
- Initiate settlements for commercial conditions, such as year-end rebates and promotional activities.
- Track accruals, reconcile them with settlements, and retain supporting evidence of performance.
- Create, update and settle commercial purchase orders in the internal purchasing tool, using accurate information from the sales team.
Change Management & Internal Collaboration
- Work with the divisions to harmonise and simplify pricing processes across Sales, Finance and Credit teams. Act as a pricing champion in our trade terms simplification roadmap.
- Align pricing procedures with Group standards and support the transition to SAP S/4HANA.
- Partner with Sales, Finance and Credit, and work with other Pricing Analysts and the Pricing Manager to support cross-divisional customers and identify opportunities to work more efficiently.
Trade Terms Data Governance
- Maintain commercial contracts, settlement data and purchase orders regularly within our internal systems. Identify and correct inconsistencies, anticipate risks in collaboration with commercial controllers and sales teams.
- Carry out activities in line with internal control guidelines, as defined by the Group.
Your Profile
Our ideal candidate has or is:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business environment within finance, data management or customer care teams is recommended, however entry-level candidates will also be considered.
- Technical expertise in SAP, Excel as well as AI tools is highly recommended.
- Process-driven, data-oriented with strong analytical skills and an eye for details.
- A collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
What do we offer?
When you start at L’Oréal, you get a great deal of responsibility from day one. To support your development, we offer an introduction program and an individual training program.
You will also find:
- An inspiring work environment with ambitious colleagues, where working Agile is the norm.
- Career and development opportunities.
- A competitive salary, adjusted annually in case of good performance.
- Secondary employment conditions, such as a 13th month, profit sharing, a discount on medical expenses and a favorable pension scheme.
- A generous discount on L’Oréal products.
