As a Visual Merchandising Apprentice, you'll contribute directly to the customer experience by developing and executing compelling in-store displays and promotions across the country. When a new product is launched, it’ll be your job to support in the development of unique ways in which we can present this to our customers nationwide. We want you to assess our competitors and up the game. It’s a busy and fast-paced role, but seeing your ideas come to life is super rewarding.
Day-to-day you may be...
• Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team on new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare and distribute launch guidelines, including planograms and visual materials, ensuring consistent brand presentation across retail locations.
• Support store refits, managing artwork updates and brand consistency
• Monitor competitor activity and prepare monthly reports summarizing market trends in visual merchandising.
• Manage individual projects and develop a deep understanding of visual merchandising best practices.
• Improve knowledge on systems required to produce POS, such as raising PO’s, maintaining databases and upskilling on sustainability
Ideal Candidate:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
• Passionate about beauty and the retail landscape,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility...
- You must NOT have already obtained a degree
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
- Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
