🌟We´re looking for the Tax Specialist who will:

  • Work with the Tax Director for management of the Hub’s tax burden, including tax planning and review of tax returns.

  • Be in charge of direct taxes (corporate income tax, effective tax rate), indirect taxes (VAT and other) and Customs (procedures, audits).

  • Prepare local & international Tax analysis on ongoing business topics / key business projects, and recommendations, and ensure that proper tax treatment is applied.
  • Monitor and implement changes in tax regulations (including active participation in tax digitalization projects).
  • Create and implement tax procedures and processes.
  • Identify and evaluate fiscal risks and make tax recommendations / ensure compliance.
  • Be responsible for Transfer pricing compliance (application of Group policy, local Transfer pricing documentation, and reporting).
  • Verify the direct and indirect tax calculations & returns and oversee tax compliance process in Poland and the Baltics (including WHT).
  • Prepare explanations and responses to letters and calls from Tax Offices.
  • Build close relationships with the HUB Accounting department and the Accounting Share Service Center to set up a tax-efficient accounting framework.
  • Support initiatives related to continuous improvement of tax processes and tools.
  • Cooperate with accounting, legal, operational, and business teams as well as the international tax team.


🔍We are looking for:

  • An enthusiastic professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in the Tax Department of an International company or Tax Services of an International Tax Law firm.
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Fluency in professional English. 
  • Well-versed with the tax law of Poland and basic Knowledge of the tax law of Baltic countries.
  • Ability to understand quickly operational issues and propose tax-efficient solutions.
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff from other departments.
  • Ability to make accurate & understanding reports on tax issues.
  • Working knowledge of ERP to enable data extraction and reconciliation.
  • Ability to effectively use MS Office Programs (advanced Excel knowledge).
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results.
  • An achiever mindset.
  • Results-oriented approach to working in a cross-functional team.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
