You will/will be:   


  • Responsible for conducting end to end recruitment processes by identifying, attracting and bringing best talent to the company with a strong focus on direct sourcing, digital tools enhancement and in adherence with L’Oréal's values and ethics
  • Developing a high-quality candidate experience and top stakeholder management – fostering WE ARE ALL RECRUITERS attitude within the company and championing in diversity approach
  • Scanning the market to build future pipeline of candidates having in mind recruiting not only for positions but also for long-term careers
  • Co-creating employer branding strategy for Poland&Baltic HUB and becoming responsible for executing the calendar of activities to build the L’Oréal brand amongst students and professionals 
  • Building and maintaining meaningful external partnerships (agencies, universitiec, campuses organizations, business partners etc.) to cooperate on variety of projects, in line with employer branding/recruitment strategy
  • Growing and developing further Talent Development Programs, overseeing TDP populations and becoming a trusted advisor to the hiring managers in regards to the area
  • Teaming with communication teams to build presence in social media and other channels/platforms
  • Liaising with the Group and global/regional teams in order to deliver/share best practices and to adapt global initiatives locally (Brandstorm competition etc.)
  • On the lookout for the best trends/benchmarks and ready to share them with other team/business members

You have:

  • Experience in driving EB agenda, online and offline in complex, multinational organizations
  • Proven track of record in delivering top standard end to end recruitment processes, preferably in FMCG environment
  • Passion towards novelties, digital, new tools and solutions, a strong will to test and learn
  • Ability to be strategic, yet detail oriented (maintaining helicopter view with strong operational and multitasking attitude)
  • Drive to go make a change and go beyond
  • Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Goal oriented, organized and self-motivated
  • Problem solver attitude
  • Fluent English skills as a must
