What are we looking for?

In this division we are looking for a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, you will:

  • Define and implement the Supply Chain strategy and lead its execution in alignment with the Operations Director.
  • Develop a vision and implement strategic planning for the supply chain through acting as a strong business partner
  • Assure and manage relations with various stakeholders (business partners and customers) to optimize the supply chain and guarantee the expected performance
  • Be responsible towards the General Manager, of the quality of the supply chain service and customer focus while optimizing costs (specifically Landed cost & commercial conditions in the contract) & the catalogue within each client.
  • Manage the Forecast coordination (& overall governance of business planning) within the division including ensuring consistency with the financial forecasts
  • Ensure the analysis of total supply chain costs and indicators and reporting
  • Work with stakeholders to develop new processes and implement projects to improve the supply chain costs and indicators
  • Be accountable for the alignment of catalogue and replenishment processes between business units and across supply chains
  • Implement activity reports (Risk management, costs) to inform and alert the hierarchy on the progress of projects.
  • Build and pilot annual budgets & Trend updates of supply chain costs & indicators

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience across customer management and supply/demand planning
  • Good understanding of Supply Chain costs and their drivers.
  • A strong continuous improvement mindset with a bias towards action
  • Excellent communication skills with people with a diverse background
  • A strong ability to meet challenges faced in a constantly changing new business unit
  • The ability to implement a strategic plan while remaining resilient in the face of short term pressures.
