In the department of Skin Dev Lab, we are looking for a Scientist / Senior Scientist. 

As a scientist, your main responsibilities are : 
  • Take in charge of mask product development especially for MG and some mask innovative projects. Respect retro planning, while keep good product quality.
  • Well understanding on cosmetic formulation technically and developing skincare product
  • Be consumer centric when design a new product, be very clear on target consumer and end benefits to deliver
  • Work very close with PD on retro planning, cost optimization and industrial feasibility
  • Work very close with DMI on development direction as product sensory and performance 
  • Build up good networking with CMI/PPE on consumer relevance and product performance evaluation 
  • Collaborate with DIMP for new RM exploring for better performance
  • Collaborate with factory, ensure smooth production process and good quality

  • In case of project which launch internationally
  • Close connection with international lab on mask development requirement
  • Respect development timeline
  • Participate in mask competitor analysis, aware of new technology from both tissue and juice, getting inspiration and contribute into own development. 
  • Contribute to daily laboratory life and Respect EHS rules.
To succeed in this position, you have : 
  • Education background
  • Recquired professional experience
  • Mandatory technical skills
  • Nice to have technical skills

You are : 
  • 3-5+ years’ experience in cosmetic formulation, basic knowledge of major cosmetic raw material, formulation skills, skin biology and consumers. 
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in related science: polymer, physical chemistry, chemistry, biochemistry, food industry, fine industry, etc. 
  • Good listening, writing and speaking in English
  • Familiar with mask portfolio and recommend relevant technology
  • Good communication and ability of quick adaptation 
  • Open minded, ownership, responsibility and strong interest in cosmetic  
  • Love to learn, practice and experience 
  • Willing to exchange, sharing and collaborate
  • Strong team work sense
