In the department of Skin Dev Department, we are looking for a senior scientist.
As a scientist, your main responsibilities are :
- Help create and ensure the prompt availability of innovative new products and work on product communications.
- Propose and enhance technologies produced by development laboratories; ensure ties with product positioning in line with marketing policy, working with relevant contacts involved in product communications
- Help implement initiatives needed to ensure compliance of data on product safety and performance
- Ensure compliance with brand technical issues in relation with the laboratory head
- Provide updates for marketing with regard to product pitches
- Contribute to ensuring the laboratory meets its deadlines
- Work in duo with Pre-dev team to valorize our key innovations (demo, product books, …)
To succeed in this position, you have :
- Education background
- Recquired professional experience
- Mandatory technical skills
- Nice to have technical skills
You are :
- Bachelor & above degree with major in Chemical, Biology or related
- Good knowledge of skin biology
- 3-5 +years related working experience with main exposure to cosmetic industry or related raw material industry
- Sensitive to cosmetic Metier
- Excellent communication skill; be able to translate technology into marketing language
- Consumer centricity
