Job description:


Make regular visits in-store to see competitive sets/displays and report learnings

Gather information from Field team and Beauty advisors about competition and best practices

Collect and analyze consumer & market insights to make recommendations to management.



Support the field team in their asks and orchestrate the shipments of the tools required

Partner with field team on the eventing/education strategy, the reporting and understanding of the different levers to get a positive ROI. Ensure close monitoring of eventing 

Develop collaterals (propose artworks, materials, specs) for in store events based on panier and brand strategy, in alignment with Grouper. Manage the FPP allocation and sustainable mindset

Create a Gratis strategy: selection of SKUs based on brand priorities, units allocations and timing. Manage the FPP allocation

Create a Token Of Appreciation (assortment, bags, merch, etc) allocation per retailer to ensure the field has the necessary tools to drive the sell out. Manage the FPP allocation and the ROI analysis. And on time delivery

Manage the forecasting of all FOC needs monthly and take part into Projet Marketing to follow up on projects. Ensure the arrival of stock and shipment is done on time for activation



Pitch internally & Submit events in the Platform. 

Ensure operational excellence in shipping the material and ensure it is on time for the field team

Responsible of the in-store tools supply for all events (banners, chairs, furnitures)



Define with the Director, a sampling strategy based on in-store basket purchases and core animation by retailer in order to maximize recruitment and visibilities

Manage forecasting for samples needed and advertising at the point of sale plan both on cruising stock and on logibook (work with product manager on logibook submission). 

Follow up monthly to ensure the units are confirmed in good qtys and on time to minimize risks on activation

Work with Key Account Managers to pitch activations to retailers and follow up on PO reception

Collaborate iwth internal stakeholders to send the information to retailers in order to receive the right PO

Work in collaboration with the sales team for the Gift with Purchase strategy for hallmark moments and responsible from A-Z of the creation of the GWP

Work with Ecommerce team on full year sampling plan for checkout and manage forecasting to ensure fair share to ecom



Support Markeing team with team meetings, gifting, decoration, etc. National Sales Meeting, Zone, Buyers, SDM Conference etc
