  • Develops, manages, and implements brand influencer strategy 
  • Owns the relationship with influencers: screening process and final selection, contract, content plan and briefing on campaigns 
  • Owns the relationship with agencies on Influencer Marketing and PR (products submission, PR and blogger send-outs sign off) 
  • Plans, allocates and executes budget for influencer marketing 
  • Follows influence KPIs 
  • Manages consumers advocacy through content generation and social media, including B2B2C 
  • Creates the brand tone of voice for the social media
  • Develops the advocacy strategy for consumers, following brand equity and brand strategy
  • Owns and fuels social media accounts with the support of agencies 
  • Creates and manages organic campaigns posts and amplification of paid posts 
  • Develops an understanding of consumers and shoppers through social engagement
  • Co-develops social assets suitable for retailers / e-retailers posts 
  • Tracks advocacy KPIs
  • Manages external agencies (community engagement, …) 
  • Contributes to PR content development / adaptation




  • Experience in a multinational is a plus;
  • Experience in marketing/ digital marketing/ PR (online, TV, press, outdoor)/ influencers management/ social media management
  • Achieves results with integrity and ability to manage complexity
  • Proven leadership skills and experience
  • Entrepreneurial approach & solution-oriented person
  • Able to work in a matrix team 
  • Very strong verbal/written communication skills in both Romanian and English
  • Good presentation & negotiation skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office package (Power Point, Excel, Word )
