Are you a detail-oriented, proactive HR professional with a passion for payroll and administration? We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Payroll & HR Administration Professional to join our team, focusing on the Baltic countries. Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Administration Mastery – Take full responsibility for managing the entire payroll process across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. You will work closely with external providers, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll, including preparation of all required documentation for monthly approvals and tax filings.
  • Onboarding & Offboarding Support – Play a pivotal role in welcoming new team members and ensuring smooth transitions when they depart.
  • Employee Relations – Be the go-to expert for employees, offering guidance on all HR-related inquiries.
  • HR Documentation Management – Administer and ensure compliance with local laws in Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, handling employment contracts and other essential HR documents.
  • Global & Local HR Projects – Contribute to various global and local HR initiatives, helping shape the future of the company’s HR landscape while building and maintain strong, positive relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Tax and Statutory Compliance – Prepare necessary reports and filings to ensure all legal requirements are met with the tax authorities.
  • Collaboration with Accounting – Partner with the accounting team on payroll reconciliations, provisions, and other HR-related financial tasks.
  • Support – Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary reports for data reconciliation.
  • HR Policy Oversight – Help monitor and maintain HR policies, ensuring they align with organizational goals and legal requirements.


What You Bring to the Table:

  • Proven experience as a payroll accountant, specialist, or administrator within an international environment (preferably 50+ employees).
  • Knowledge of Baltic laws, payroll regulations, and tax compliance.
  • Fluent in English and Latvian – communication is key!
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
  • A true team player with a collaborative mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
