We have a suitable opportunity in the L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division for the position of Head Modern Trade. In this role, you will be responsible for design and execution of the modern trade strategy for the division. You should have 8 to 10 years professional experience with 3 to 4 years in key account management within the FMCG industry. The location of the job will be our head office in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the business vision by sharing channel perspective, risks and opportunities in close working with the Commercial Director
- Build and achieve results on the channels/account groups in terms of turnover, market share, profits, consolidates, steers budget and P&L.
- Pilot the channel's negotiation and execution
- Build the action plan to implement the division’s strategy at channel/group of account level while allocating resource accordingly
- Accuracy of the forecasts and adapting the plan when needed
- Monitor a retailer-centric account planning process to reach as much alignment as possible with each client and design a retailer specific development plan.
- Establish and nurture a strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer’s and facilitate good relations between L’Oréal and Retailers top managements.
