What You Will Do:

I am the Senior Manager in charge of Project Management for Drive and China Registration (CSAR) and I am responsible for optimizing & monitoring Drive timings with the 360 Global Marketing teams. I am also in charge of coordinating project prioritization with teams.

Job Duties and Accountabilities

Define the “heart of the job,” and specify the more important outputs required from the role.

DRIVE

  1. Develop timelines of key milestones within a complex process with both DMI and Operations Development 
  2. Monitor the development & delivery of assets by the DMI related to the Drive timelines
  3. Flag when assets are late vs Drive timings to Leadership & Brand 
  4. Help to identify why assets might be late vs Drive timings and help to propose solutions so that IMC assets might be on time in future
  5. Lead & consolidate projects prioritization at the brand level with inputs from teams 
  6. DMI training on Drive process and timelines
  7. Key Partner in any cross functional process & agency process implementation for the DMI as a whole
  8. Leader of DRIVE & Activation Meetings for DMI & Zones: Asset list share-out, feedback collection, meeting coordinator & host, leader of asset performance reviews (3 Tier A reviews with zones)
  9. Coordinator of all key milestone DRIVE meetings (Pre-Alignment, Insights & Sharing, Creative Big Idea, 360 Brief)
  10. Zone partner alongside Go To Market Team in regards to campaign needs & asset requests


China Registration:

Provide the retro-planning and coordinate China launches in collab. with marketing and PD, zones, factories, regulatory and logistics teams to guarantee product launches in compliance with country MAD

Work with cross functional teams to coordinate and compile samples, AW, finished goods and proofs of sale and then ensure all required elements are shipped by relevant teams for the China registration team to submit

Organize monthly follow-up meetings with all stakeholders, consolidation and share data with relevant teams

Implement launch plans and contribute to harmonization of zone, DMI, China and development plans

Manage the FSC China Sharenet and coordination with relevant entities to ensure the launch of products on time

- Follow-up of regulatory changes (and estimated HP timing) in China in relation with local and central regulatory teams and share requirements and updates across functions

Train DMI and operations teams on China registration processes

CSAR: trouble shooting specific cases to finish the new CSAR process (Short term)

  • Accurate monitoring of Drive process and timing and alerts raised on time
  • Overall Kiehl’s DMI on Drive timelines

 

Deliverables/outcomes are:

  • Train and update DMIs teams on Drive process
  • Monitoring of Drive process follow-up file completion by 360 teams

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • 5-7 years of experience 
  • Drive timelines and processes
  • Strong Project management
  • Strong organization responsibilities
