Mission
The position is responsible for the overall project management of consumer data application in 2nd party platforms (mainly Tmall, Douyin, and JD) and relationship management of internal cross functions and key external partnerships, to ensure that L'Oréal keeps marketing leading position in data application in ecommerce platforms.
The Responsibilities
- Set up group EC data (esp. ECRM) strategy, lead pilot tests with Ali, Douyin, JD, and build performance measurement with strong insights generation;
- Enhance group member binding and existing member activation in Ali, Douyin, JD;
- Identify platform new potentials proactively and timely propose business solution with pro & con analysis, and execution suggestions;
- Manage operational relationships with internal teams (division & brand team, TP, corporate function teams) and external partners (agencies and platforms);
- Equip internal teams with consumer data knowledge & skills through trainings and workshops;
The Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years business experience in fields of ECRM/EC media/EC data/EC KA/digital marketing/CRM/consulting;
- Deep understanding of multi-platforms’ consumer operation tools is preferred;
- Possesses and applies expert knowledge of project management principles, practices and procedures to the completion of assignments, especially sales-oriented projects;
- Good public speaking and presentation is a must;
- Experience and good performance in people management;
- Has good written & verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese languages;
- Beauty/FMCG domain expertise preferred;
