Join the Communications & Engagement Department and participate, as part of a multidisciplinary team, in meeting the communications challenges of a global, dynamic and sustainability-focused Division: Operations!
As a member of the Communication & Engagement team, you will report to the Director of Communication & Engagement of Operations, and contribute to the communication strategy of Operations with the creation and development of specific content in a broad vision both BtoC and BtoB. This is a strategic role in the organization and involves cross-functional cooperation within the company and with our external stakeholders. Indeed, your responsibility leads you to work with experts from the Operations metiers, the leadership team, the global communication team, the group's brands, Research & Innovation, the CSR team, but also our external partners such as suppliers, academics etc. .... All this in a very international context.
Thanks to your strategic vision and concrete achievements, the activities and mission of Operations will be highlighted internally and externally. To do this, you will be responsible for:
- Participating in the strategic choice of the Operations editorial line, shared with the Management Committee
- Developing and creating content in line with the group's editorial priorities (people-planet-innovation)
- Managing and creating content, messaging and communication kits on key priorities for Operations (e.g., innovation science and sustainable packaging, responsible and inclusive sourcing, agility and the perfume industry, the environment, etc.)
- Identification of speaking platforms for the Operations leadership team and preparation of speeches (briefings, Q&A, messaging...)
- Participation in the creation of storytelling or content (messages and image) with brands, on the backstage of innovation and production etc...
In a context of trust and transparency that L'Oréal is willing to reinforce with all of its audiences, you will contribute to a structured approach to reveal the authenticity, sincerity and solidity of the Operations, by sharing the behind-the-scenes of L'Oréal.
To achieve this, you will develop cross-functional projects with all members of the Operations communication team and in collaboration with our Operations experts. You also rely on external agencies and service providers that you choose according to the projects in progress.
In order to best carry out your mission, you will benefit from a real training program on L'Oréal's Operations.
Your profile
Experience in animating and writing editorial content. You have more than 10 years of professional experience in communication and are passionate about image and brand content with a knowledge of CSR issues and an interest in operational realities (factories, etc.). You have the ability to simplify and enjoy working in a collaborative mode.
Both a strategist and an operational person, you are creative and have developed writing expertise in French and English, for all types of communication channels, with a sense of impact and aesthetics.
You will contribute to the communication team's project and commitment to Operations in a collective success dynamic.
Rigorous and with good interpersonal skills, you are open-minded, curious and agile. Your ability to listen, adapt and anticipate will be major assets for this position.
You also know how to make proposals and are highly organized so that your position is part of a dynamic communication ritual. You will adopt a holistic posture in your mission and cooperate with the brands, countries and our international team.
