What you will do: 

• Guide cross-functional squads in agile practices and delivery of data/tech solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Work closely with Product Owners to manage backlog quality and clarity.
• Track team velocity and delivery consistency through agile metrics.
• Remove blockers to ensure continuous delivery and team productivity.
• Coach teams to adopt a strong product and delivery mindset.
• Help resolve team conflicts, maintain a high-performing team dynamic, and promote open communication.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches on shared practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder alignment and communication across the value chain.

• Contribute to the continuous evolution of agile methodology in LATAM.

What we are looking for:  

• Certified in agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Strong facilitation, servant leadership, and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of agile metrics (velocity, lead time, team health).
• Experience working with technical squads in data and platform domains.
• Ability to manage dependencies and program-level planning.
• Excellent conflict resolution and cross-team coordination abilities.
• Strong communication and adaptability in dynamic complex environments.

Years of experience required:
6–9 years in project delivery or agile leadership, with 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master. 

Tools & Technologies: 

• Jira, Confluence, Miro
• Agile metrics dashboards (Velocity, Cumulative Flow)
• SAFe tooling if applicable
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Technical knowledge / certifications: 

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PSM II or SAFe Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile in data/tech environments
• Knowledge of agile frameworks at scale (SAFe, LeSS, Spotify model)
• Basic familiarity with DevOps and data delivery processes
