* Key Account Management Assistant :

As a Key Account Management Assistant, you'll be in close contact with our customers. You'll be at the heart of our brands' business news, as part of a team responsible for negotiating commercial agreements with our customers and building our brands' commercial strategy. You'll be in charge of preparing customer meetings, and at the heart of discussions on upcoming negotiations. You'll take part in analyzing the product mix, promotions, sales... in order to draw up the best recommendations. 

Your taste for analysis and your negotiating skills will enable you to make a real impact in a team constantly seeking better sales results!

* Assistant Category Leader :

As Assistant Category Leader, you will become the expert in a product category ( skincare, haircare and hairstyling, make-up, perfume, hygiene) by :

- Drawing up merchandising diagnoses for dedicated categories using various analysis tools (panels) 

- Drawing up new merchandising plans in line with the sales strategy established by you

- Tracking our performance indicators by category and making recommendations based on the findings.

* Business Analyst :

If you have strong analytical skills and like to understand numbers to make the best recommendations, this mission is for you! You'll have a real impact on optimizing and monitoring our sales results, and you'll become an expert on the cosmetics industry and its evolution. Among other things, you'll be responsible for

- Monitoring our key performance indicators (sales, market share, profitability of different categories, etc.)

- Analyze the market and monitor global trends using various panels and tools.

- Make relevant recommendations based on your analyses, and present them to the various departments involved (launches, promotions, etc.).

Your profile : 

You are a student :

- With a master’s degree in Engineering or Business School / University.

- Looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.

- Able to provide an internship agreement of 6 months issued by your school.

- Fluent in English or French.
