JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as leader for the Governance initiatives on Salesforce, being accountable for the oversight in all 4 Orgs that are part of the L’Oréal Landscape

  • Act as a bridge between Enterprise security and the Sales solution team for the Americas, understanding and decoding security measures and addressing it’s impacts in the Salesforce landscape

  • You will also be responsible for managing our Backups, Restore and Archiving and overall data strategy in Salesforce, taking the lead also on field encryption and addressing regulatory needs

  • Accountable for the deployment and sandbox strategy, where you will be responsible for making sure the deployment process is being followed and sandboxes are up to date with the need of L‘Oréal

  • Responsible for the overall User strategy, Roles and Profiles maintenance and sustainability, Dev Best Practices and ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the landscape through cycle checks.

  • Ensure that Governance aspects for current and future solutions in Salesforce are followed

  • Act a solutions architect for the company, responsible for the design of solutions within the projects of your responsibility

  • Act as a subject expert in the Salesforce team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies

  • Understand all aspects of SFDC configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes and potential system implications

  • Manage overall platform aspects: certificates, SSO, SFDC quarterly releases impact checks and address any need from the group.

  • Understand and act as a subject matter expert in different clouds from Salesforce: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community and Platform.

  • Take a lead in analyzing and recommending Salesforce services required to support B2B Sales solutions and broader business needs

  • Performs proof-of-concepts and develop prototypes to make informed Salesforce architectural decisions

  • Take the role of Salesforce Technical lead in multi-disciplinary projects.

  • Collaborate in a Zone Level to streamline solutions across L’Oréal Americas Zone

  • Investigate system failures and identify solutions to prevent or minimize impacts

  • Coordinate the (external) development teams

  • Work with little direction and determines objectives

  • Act as an agent on bringing together the overall deployment strategy on the Salesforce platform aligned with other Sales Solutions for the Americas Zone

  • Be comfortable with complex development environments – APEX, Web Components, .NET and Java

  • Collaborate in small teams to creatively solve complex and multi-dimensioned problems

  • Propose new CRM strategies for use by the CRM team, based on overall knowledge of trends in the CRM field

  • Work with key users to test and implement configuration changes within the application

     

     

    EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required

  • Salesforce Admin and Developer certifications are a plus

  • Microsoft Developer certifications are a plus

  • Minimum 5+ years of Apex (or Java) and web technologies experience

  • Minimum 7+ years’ experience as a coder

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Salesforce developer

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience working as part of the CRM administration team to enhance existing functionality, deliver new features, and improve user experience and efficiencies
