Your mission...

As the Retail Supervisor your role is to drive the daily management of all our L’Oréal LUXE brands in the Department store channel in Sweden. You will be instrumental in securing sell-out targets per counter and out in store for L’Oréal’s 25 most luxurious brands, by just naming a few: Lancôme, Armani, Prada, YSL, Helen Rubenstein and Valentino. The Retail Supervisor supports the local Loreal Luxe beauty advisors in their daily work, to help them deliver their results in line with both qualitative and quantitative targets and ensure that the brand values are conveyed in all actions. Taking on this role, you will join a fantastic team and company where the consumer and retail excellence is in the heart of everything we do.

 

You will...

  • Secure Retail Excellence for our LUXE brands out in stores. 
  • Be the sales support and coach for our counters. Inspire and anchor the brands strategy.
  • Collaborate with our education team on making sure we secure training on our counters.
  • Follow and analyze sales development against set budget. Be active in creating action plans to reach targets with support of your manager. 
  • Lead and take part of store events. 
  • Have max 1 admin day/week, the rest you will be out and active covering the Stockholm district doing the tasks mentioned above.

 

Your profile: 

  • Sales experience from a similar sales position within the beauty business.
  • Good understanding of figures.
  • Management experience.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Flexible on traveling primarily to Gothenburg.

 

We are looking for a Retail Supervisor to start December 2024. The employment will be Fixed term due to maternity leave for 1,5 years. The position is a field-position and your district will be Stockholm, where you are also preferably located. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so do not wait to apply!
