A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • To continue to shape, roll out and review the Luxe multi-brand model across your territory at all levels
  • Multi Axe/Multi Brand Commercial Management across Head Office, Flagship and individual doors within territory
  • Achieve sell in, in line with business forecast. 
  • Maintain catalogue representation in line with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure all NPD is presented to all retail partners and orders secured. 
  • Target Promos to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Work to a structured, logical journey plan.
  • Negotiate and align business plans under the direction of Multi Axe/Multi brand activities with retailer partners.
  • Develop collaborative, mutually successful business relationships with all customers.
  • Identify incremental business opportunities across existing customer base.
  • Build excellent customer knowledge, including future plans, activities, ambitions, plus customer responses, insights and feedback.
  • Be a One Luxe ambassador and an advocate of change. 
  • Share with relevant stakeholders to drive appropriate action.


WHO YOU ARE

•    Demonstrable experience in a similar role including sales and wholesale management experience

    A clear understanding of the market and customers to ensure effective planning and decision making

    Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills 

    Experience and understanding of effective sales techniques, consultative selling, customer service and proven ability to drive results.

    Strong analytical skills

    Valid UK driving licence 

    Strong capability on Microsoft Office (including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
