We are looking for a management trainee in the corporate digital team for a mission in Influence, Advocacy & media.


What your first mission will look like:

-      Collaborate with all PR/Comms to help with Influence, Advocacy and Media strategy.

-      Build reports and analyze Influence campaigns from all the brands and identify opportunities

-      Track results from competition & identify best practices (Owned, Earned, Amplified).

-      Support relations with brands to help them succeed in their Influence, Rating & Review, Media, Advocacy and Social Media Plan.

-      With the A&I Manager, you will help in the deployment of group projects related to influence, media and rating & reviews within the brands

-      Under the supervision of the Manager Advocacy & Influence, implement data optimization strategies to feed influence and media initiatives under a full-funnel

-      Understand measurement of performance of key brand levers to help them transform it into an action plan, analyze & report performance on brand campaigns

-      Build a close relationship with Creators, key talents agency and our agency to help grow our strategy

-      Responsible for the implementation of communications on new influencers to watch, trends to follow, who’s trending on which platform, new features, etc.

Reports:       

-Create reports on the performance of the brands and divisions on key brand levers (Search, Social, Advocacy, Influence) with actionable recommendations to increase and optimize their digital programs.

- Create reports on Rating & Reviews to measure the effectiveness of the brands and divisions’ programs and optimize their solution on the brands’ website + E-commerce

- Analysis of quantitative impacts on Traackr (influence campaigns, mailers, sampling programs, social media, press)

- Build a rate card of influencers based on internal data

- Monitoring, analyzing and synthesizing all campaigns’ data and providing recommendations for brands and divisions

What you need to have:

- You graduate from marketing or communications with 0 to 2 years of experience

- You are bilingual (French-English) oral and written

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft applications

- Ability to structure, analyze and present data and make data-driven decisions

- Attention to detail and ability to manage complexity in a rapidly changing environment

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proactive team player with the ability to lead assignments and manage projects from start to finish
