WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Determine white spaces in the market and identify further source of growth
  • Lead Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) process of the brand
  • Implement new product launches and strive to maintain growth on pillar products
  • Responsible for the local adaptation/ development of advertising creative material; implement media recommendation
  • Propose and implement promotional and trade marketing plan for product(s)
  • Analyze market and consumer data and make recommendations to management
  • Interact effectively with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives
  • Manage PPP budget for product(s) and ensure sales forecast accuracy
  • Provide projects to increase the awareness of the brand both in media and on the field

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES

  • 4 years’ university degree
  • Min 3 years of experience in product management/brand development
  • Strong analytical problem solving, communication and negotiation skills
  • Growth mindset and results driven
  • Innovative, ambitious, and able to take initiative
  • Excellent communication skills in English
