Basic Professional Qualifications

  • 3 to 4 years of experience working in digital projects related to eCommerce, Digital Marketing, IT Project Management and/or Web Development
  • Background in Computer Science or related areas - Desirable but not limited
  • Full proficiency in English and Spanish (oral and written) is mandatory. Portuguese is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of Google Marketing Platform suite:
    • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager: must-have
    • Display & Video 360, Data Studio and Google Optimize: nice-to-have
  • Strong knowledge of technical SEO (content skills won’t be considered)
  • Technical knowledge in terms of website optimization (web speed) is a nice-to-have
  • Ad-Tech knowledge is a nice-to-have
  • Being able to manage projects with agile methodology (whenever possible)
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) are needed to share project updates to stakeholders on a recurrent basis
  • Ability to maintain technical conversations with different partners (developers, agencies, Digital IT co-workers)
  • Project management skills are needed to ensure the delivery of the projects on time, budget and quality
  • Jira management is a plus

Main Accountabilities

  • Plan, deploy and manage the delivery of the projects related to Platform Excellence (Analytics/Tagging, Performance and SEO) for Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Sitecore platforms across Canada and LATAM
  • Work closely with BRMs (Business Relationship Managers), Business and Digital IT communities to understand priorities in order to provide costs, capacity and timelines
  • Work with external partners to define project timelines and costs
  • Work closely with Zone Digital IT and Global Teams to ensure consistency/compliance according to the global standards
  • Ability to provide guidance and share best practices to solve common issues related to platform excellence
