Build a strategy and seamlessly execute a digital performance media plan for CeraVe and rest of the brands’ launches in due time. Transform media spend to achieve spending with positive ROI whilst building awareness and engagement as well as growing our sell-out. Ensure ACD has the best-in-class campaigns across all online touchpoints with a focus on Data and analytics.

Key Job Accountabilities

Ø  Lower Funnel Media:

o   Build strategy for lower funnel media with Amazon for CeraVe and remaining brands to follow

o   Manage all performance Media with Amazon and UM: from placement to analysis of KPIs and results

o   Monthly reporting on Data, results, learnings, and trends

o   Run 360 Lower funnel media campaigns across all touchpoints: Digital Media/eCommerce, CRM, Social, programmatic/ Display, SEM, SEO, Google Shopping, Affiliates

o   Work on growing our Target Audiences, recruiting new consumers, and owning a higher online SOV

o   Implement our 1P data in brand campaigns and analyze performance month on month

Ø  Search:

o   Build and execute a strategy on Search for each ACD brand based on priorities & focuses

o   Monitor the Quality Scores and Impression Shares monthly

o   Analysis of results vs L’Oréal guidelines

Ø  Partners & Tools Management:

o   Manage our partners: CPRV, AcQuisit and UM on the day to day and be the bridge between brand teams, LOME & Partners

o   Handle Contacts: update tool with media plans & ensure health checks and monthly GRing

Skills & Abilities

  • Performance media, social media, Programmatic Display, PPC, Video, Retargeting, Google Shopping, SEO, CRM, Digital Analytics, CMS/Web, mobile and e-Commerce
  • Capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Agile and solution-oriented
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team by building collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. In particular, the ability to translate technological approaches into how they apply to the business and operations

You Have…

  • 3 years+ experience in Digital Media: Upper/Lower media, Search and Programmatic
  • Previous media /performance media agency is a plus
  • The ability to plan, build a strategy and adhere to timelines as well as executing the plans with key internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to clearly communicate and influence at all levels
  • Digital expertise, hungry to learn and curious on all new digital concepts
