Key activities:
- Handle variable aspects of pay, time & attendance for all unit employees, carry out checks by applying various regulations and respecting deadlines
- Carry out controls on pay and time & attendance, updates and report anomalies to service providers
- Carry out all processes linked to personnel administration and keep individual personnel files up-to-date.
- Prepare letters of employment in consideration of the contractual conditions (e.g. hiring, prolongation, non-competition agreements, secondments abroad, etc.) overseeing and guaranteeing the correct execution of the entire administrative flow
- Contribute to the implementation of new admin tools and related process redesign
- Provide support and assistance to Human Resources teams and to associates on matters relating to the pay and administration of personnel.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience at least in the role of Personnel Administration
Specialist in a structured company
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
- Fluent in Italian and English
- Knowledge of the main CCNL
- Knowledge of Zucchetti applications
