As Online Brand Manager in L'Oréal, your role is to convert consumers to shoppers. You own the online experience provided to our consumers across several online platforms (E-retailer, Pure Players and owned platforms).
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
E-commerce content management
- Ensure the success and consistency of the online shopper path-to-purchase and consumer journey
- Cooperate with other teams to ensure A+ content for ecommerce and websites on hero's, big bet launches and campaigns
- Work closely with e-KAMs to activate the best tailored brand activity (promo plan and format strategy tailored to retailers’ needs, launches/brands priorities, etc.)
Transactional media management
- Lead and execute the brand conversion media strategy to achieve sales targets through online retailers
- Measure and follow up on campaign ROI and/or annual category planning
- In collaboration with sales, digital and marketing teams optimize transactional investments
Owned assets management
- Manage brand sites and properties: coordinate agencies and activities related to website and content management
- Define with the marketing team content and content distribution strategies within platforms and execute content creation
- Lead and optimize SEO activities and agency management
- Define and drive yearly SEO strategy and budget in cooperation with digital teams
Digital Brand Strategy
- Contribute to brand digital strategy in collaboration with local and international marketing team, social media manager and key stakeholders
YOUR PROFILE
- Previous experience in digital marketing, especially in e-commerce and/or SEO
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Good project management, organizational and time-management skills
- Attention to detail, analytical, data driven mindset
- Sensitivity to keep brand image at the heart of our communication
