A Day in the Life
As the Offline Customer Experience Manager for L'Oréal Luxe in Czech Republic, Hungary, and Slovakia, you will report to CMO and lead the retail team across these three countries. This is a highly visible role, directly impacting the customer experience and sales performance of all L'Oréal Luxe brands within your region. You'll be instrumental in shaping the future of our offline presence, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the offline customer experience strategy, ensuring exceptional in-shop experiences through effective field and education programs. You'll be a key member of the ManCom, collaborating closely with BBD and CMO teams to prioritize initiatives and optimize resource allocation.
- Customer & Advisor Experience: Design and implement innovative omni-channel services and education programs that enhance brand equity and drive business growth. You'll be constantly seeking new ways to improve the experience for both customers and beauty advisors.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor the retail and education teams across CZ/HU/SK, creating a high-performing, collaborative environment. You will be responsible for developing succession plans and working with HR to ensure consistent team development.
- Budget Management: Manage the retail and education budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious targets.

You are a natural leader, adept at influencing stakeholders and fostering collaboration. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing budgets and resources effectively.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals; experience in managing diverse and multi-layer teams
- Retail / Sales Expertise: Extensive experience in retail/sales strategy, offline consumer journey design, and omni-channel activation.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Budget Management: Proven ability to manage budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically.
- Influencing Skills: Ability to inspire and motivate teams to deliver exceptional results.
