As Nordic E-commerce Marketing Specialist your will be responsible for defining the e-Retail strategy in line with brand and e-retailer Joint Business Plan. Elaborate the brand message and carry out the e-commerce marketing plan based on analytical and data-driven insight, you will lead the go to market brand plan from planning to execution. The role reports to the Brand Director. 

Your key job accountabilities:
  • Develop and Plans, recommends, co-executes and evaluates customer-specific online campaigns to support financial goals set by the commercial e-commerce team
  • Collaborates with E-com team, marketing to plan and execute demand creation initiatives as part of the customer’s JBP process
  • Co-create media brief and campaign strategy for clients, together with Online Brand Managers and Social Brand Managers.
  • Develop the brand image and visibility locally: Adapt locally the corporate positioning of the Brand 
  • Define the e-Retail strategy in line with brand and e-retailer team
  • Develop consumer communication or adaptation campaigns along the consumer journey from pre-purchase, to online shopping until post-purchase.
  • Deliver e-Retail brand target:  sell in and sell out, New consumers, lapsed consumers and increase average basket
  • Conduct in depth analysis of sell out performance to identify drivers and draggers and monitoring and reporting on ‘online merchandising’ performance
Your profile: 
  • You have 5+ years of experience from a similar role
  • You have 3+ plus years of experience from ecommerce  B2B and/or B2C digital marketing
  • You have well-developed digital marketing, search and online merchandising skills 
  • You have experience in driving demand for a direct-to-consumer or/and direct-to-distributor business 
  • You have comprehensive project management skills and is confident in leading complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a large matrix organization.
  • You have a commercial mind-set and strong analytical skills, competent in complex analysis and deriving insights from large data.
  • You have excellent communication skills and previous experience working cross functionally.
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in one of the Nordic languages.
