As the Nordic POS Manager on Makeup you own the brand expression of key launches and activations in-store across the region for some of the world’s largest makeup brands: Maybelline New York, Essie and NYX Professional Makeup. You translate brand launches and activations into best-in-class executions in-store, ensuring strong brand equity, consumer centric communication, as well as the right balance between brand excitement and cost efficiency. You will contribute to optimize initiatives to reach our Nordic L´Oréal for the Future objectives on sustainability. In this role you will manage a Nordic POS Graduate and report to the Head of Brand Activation.

You will...  

  • Create, manage & optimize the in-store activation packages for the Makeup category
  • Own, plan, and manage budget for Makeup category 
  • Translate the brand launch/activation guidelines into best-in-class display & POS packages for the Nordics 
  • Coordinate the need for display and POS material with Retail Activation Managers 
  • Develop the POS with the preferred supplier and set price to communicate internally 
  • Own the creation of all required visuals & in-store assets
  • Coordinate with BOM Planners, Purchasing, and SubCon for the preparation of the pre-pack displays
  • Monitor closely display available in warehouse and communicate internally ensuring we are line with our sustainability objectives
  • Develop the necessary tools to manage and optimize in-store elements flow and timelines and ensure strong collaboration with Retail Activation Managers 
  • Lead supplier relationship for both Displays and POS 
  • Support and development of Nordic POS Graduate

You are...  

  • Holding a relevant Master’s degree within marketing, business, or logistics as well as solid experience within a similar field of expertise
  • Fluent in English and a Nordic language is a must
  • Paying attention to detail and an understanding of visual beauty and shopper perspective
  • Having solid experience of process management, preferably from another FMCG company
  • Having experience from working within customer activation marketing or similar 
  • Having the ability to manage complexity and to drive projects in a structured way 
  • Strong stakeholder management skills 
  • Having a practical and hands-on approach 
  • Understanding the FMCG business 
  • Having an analytical mindset and understanding of supply flows and financial objectives
