Your mission…

The Nordic Learning Director is a key person in our organization working closely with the Nordic Leadership, as well as line managers and employees. The Nordic Learning Director contributes to the competitive advantage of L’Oréal, by developing our talents, anticipating, and developing skills that will keep us ahead, facilitating change in our ways of working ensuring cohesiveness all around the world through our unique company culture. A Nordic Learning specialist is reporting directly into the Nordic Learning Director and is responsible for rolling out the missions. With solid analytics as a backbone, you can steer your actions in the right direction. The position reports to the Nordic Human Resources Director and has an international approach working for the four Nordic countries as well as being part of the European Learning Zone Tribe. 


You will…

  • Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning agenda. 
  • Anticipate people capabilities for the future and translate them into core competencies to be implemented into business with a holistic and engaging learning and development strategy.
  • Define, implement and evaluate Learning vision/policy in line with HR group mission and objectives. 
  • Accompany management to implement change. 
  • Design, deliver and rollout strategic/high quality learning solutions in selecting the best providers/keynote speakers and adapting the program to the L’Oréal context and culture.
  • Animate and professionalize the learning team and make sure that learning is on top of the business agenda in the rest of the organization. 
  • Manage partnerships with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers. 
  • Deliver the learning development plan for all employees, key players and executives.
  • Monitor the roll-out of the worldwide offer. 
  • Ensure efficiency of learning organization and resources (team, budget …) 
  • Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business.


Your Profile… 

  • You come with experience in people development or have relevant business/marketing experience and would like to develop within learning.
  • You enjoy working closely with the business and understand how HR and learning can add value to managers and employees.
  • You are driven, have good coordination abilities and are not afraid of a fast pace 
  • You are able to think strategically and take analytics into action while staying creative 
  • You have a master’s degree in a relevant field 
  • You are fluent in English; knowledge of a Nordic language is seen as an advantage
