Your mission...

As the Nordic Head of Education, you will lead the development and implementation of a cutting-edge O+O training strategy for Dermatological Beauty division in the Nordic region. You will lead the Nordic training team, oversee all training tools and materials, and track the effectiveness of our training programs on business outcomes. You will also lead the development of a new education program, focusing on training targeted for pharmacists, including conquest strategies and training design. You are part of our Nordic Business Development team and report to the Nordic Business Development Manager.


You will…

  • Develop and implement O+O Nordic training strategy aligned with the division strategy, brand strategies as well as commercial channel strategies.
  • Design and deliver training programs. Your target audience will consist primarily of over 20,000 external skincare advisors, pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, cosmeticians and pharmacy owners.
  • Seek out for new learning technologies, methodologies and best practices to keep our training programs at the forefront of the industry.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of all training materials & tools, including digital assets, presentations and online training platform, ensuring they are up-to-date, engaging and effective.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging training technologies.
  • Lead & develop the team of Training Managers.
  • Manage training budgets & allocation between O+O, countries and clients.
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders (eg. Marketing, Commercial, Medical). 
  • Develop O+O training materials on Dermatological Beauty category and increase the expertise of internal & external stakeholders in category understanding.
  • Understand market and population needs and develop training programs to bridge the skill gaps.
  • Drive studies related to our brands recommendation among the retailer staff.
  • Lead development of a new training program targeted towards Pharmacists
    • Build an O+O conquest strategy and upskilling plan with the right content & formats considering the target audience
    • Develop and adaptation of training materials 
    • Identify relevant universities, associations and conventions in the Nordic region and build strategy for collaboration & participation
  • Define and track KPI’s to measure the effectiveness of our training programs and their impact on business outcome
  • Analyze O+O trainings performance and feedback to identify areas for improvement and propose data-driven recommendations to optimize training formats, delivery, investments and overall impact


You have..

  • A relevant degree from Business, Education or Pharmacy
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience from the field of Training & Development. Experience from the cosmetics/beauty or pharmacy industry is considered as an advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in designing, developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs, preferably both in-person and online
  • Capacity to adapt training programs to evolving business needs, embracing new technologies and learning trends 
  • Ability to create engaging training materials depending on target audience & format
  • Preferably experience in leading and developing teams as well as managing budgets and resources effectively
  • Self-driven and capable of handling a large number of responsibilities and tasks
  • The ability to deal with uncertainty and a dynamic, changing and past-paced environment
  • An ability to drive projects and initiatives independently from start to finish
  • A proactive mindset with a doer mentality
  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • Analytical skills and ability measure effectiveness and make data-driven improvement proposals
  • Fluent in English
