What will you do? 

Reporting to the NEO Region IT Lead, you will coordinate and prioritize the remediation activities run by the Zone Applications’ teams while applying the NEO Global methodology to ensure remediated apps are smoothly integrated within the NEO template. While ensuring seamless communication between NEO, Zone App teams and local market team.

Drive a team of Application Manager from different application to ensure development, UAT on track with the overall schedule.

You are expected to manage the following:

  • Prepare the App Remediation methodology for Zone apps based on the NEO Global team guidelines, for all NEO phases.
  • List and pre-validate the list of Zone/Local applications to remediate based on the planning.
  • Ensure alignment across NEO Global, NEO Region and NEO Entity teams as well as with the main IT stakeholders.
  • Secure NEO Zone/local remediation plannings and priorities
  • Consolidate and follow up Zone applications budget, with Controlling teams.
  • Act as project advocate; building enthusiasm for the project within the scope. 
  • Participate in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives of the remediation. 
  • Define and monitor the project plan, budget, activities, methodologies, resources, and responsibilities for the remediation.
  • Organize & review the overall roadmap plan and status of all the remediation.
  • Track project risks and decide on action plan to achieve objectives and minimize delays and costs.
  • Coordinate the different actors involved in the project, from IT to Business (Group, Zone, Countries).
  • Supervise the change management activities, including training and communication including API first concept.
  • Coordinate the different contents and deliverables to allow easy support and knowledge transfer.
  • Create a positive value-added relationship with all stakeholders (Group, Zone, Countries, Business, IT)
  • Support the business process owners in the definition of their needs as when require.


Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 10+ years of experience in either FMCG companies or MNCs or relevant industries is a must have. 
  • Experiencing multiple life-cycle implementations plus exceptional project management skills.
  • Preferable expert knowledge of Supply Chain and good knowledge within SAP.
  • Good knowledge of integration & IT solutions.
  • Impeccable IT culture acquired on a complex and challenging environment.
  • Demonstrated business process knowledge.
  • Understand the technology and how it affects the area of the business; trends associated with the technology; functional area and industries.
