Manager- Sales Administration, Dermablend and CeraVe/LRP Sales Admin Support

JOB LOCATION:  Position can be based out of New York City or Remote-Based


·         Serve as lead contact point and analytical support for sales team (HQ and field)

·         Key partner to the sales and internal teams providing sales analytics, reporting and sales administration support for the brand. 

·         Identifying strategic opportunities and business performance for the brand

  • Ensure data integrity across data sources

·     Design, distribute, and maintain monthly reporting

o    Performance tracking

o    Opportunity analysis

  • Insight on sales & marketing promotions
  • Lead the sales team in building sell out budget by week, month and year, rephasing throughout the year based on current performance
    • Develop sales goals by retailer and franchise by week, track sales vs. goal performance
  • Design, distribute, and maintain weekly retailer, new launch and franchise reporting
  • Consolidate and compare market data with brand data across retailers to prepare detailed weekly analysis reports
  • Partner with Marketing and Medical Detailing counterparts to foster relationships and engage with the Medical Detailing Field team
  • Lead the design, implementation and tracking of the Medical Detailing Field team incentive
  • Manage and update master data files
  • Lead data integrity project with IT to improve data quality
  • Partner with Marketing and Education teams to build and implement strategic Field Team plan for key retailers



  • Management of quarterly bonus process
  • Work with internal L’Oreal teams to set up new item launches, price updates, retailer account data
  • Maintain and update store lists
  • Manage all account requests in Salesforce


·         Bachelor's degree

·         At least 3 years of related experience

CeraVe & La Roche-Posay Support Role

  • Pull weekly sales results for KKM
  • Manage & update administrative files: roster, LOA, zipp-terr, dispensing order form
  • Monitor and approve new account requests in Salesforce
  • Manage and process purchase orders, goods receipts, invoices
  • Manage and update sell out reports: Sales vs Quota, Presidents Club
  • Advanced computer skills in a Windows based environment
  • Build new reporting framework in Power BI
  • Assist in preparation for national sales meetings
