KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Medical Trainer, you will play an important role in developing and organizing training for the medical team to improve the effectiveness of the medical visit.
- Develop a system and plan for the training of the medical team, based on the definition of training objectives in line with the brand/division strategy.
- Prepare training tools and content
- Write official specifications for each training course
- Managing and delivering the training calendar
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on training progress
- Implementation of the special project «Academy of Medical Business»
- Work closely with the staff training department
- Assess the training needs of the team
- Continuously improve the training system based on modern medical trends.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Expert in the field of Medicine/Pharmaceuticals with practical experience as a medical trainer or in related positions in the healthcare industry
- Experience in implementing innovative methods of effective learning
- Have in-depth knowledge of learning methodologies, content development and training delivery
- You have the ability to analyse large amounts of information, synthetically communicate key ideas and findings
- Easy to build relationships in a team, able to prove and present your ideas
- Strong organisational skills to plan and coordinate training programmes
- Knowledge of and compliance with regulatory requirements for training
- Confident user of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.)
- Ability to work in multi-task mode and meet deadlines
- English Upper-Intermediate
