Our ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of digital marketing and communications. Experience in medical marketing (prescription or OTC), medical detailing, dermatology and knowledge of skin care, cosmetics, health and drug product regulations and the Canadian healthcare landscape is considered a key asset. In this role you will need to be able to manage many simultaneous projects, adapt to and quickly upskill on new technologies, be a resourceful self-starter and have the ability to effectively communicate and work with various different departments and healthcare rising and key opinion leaders.
Responsibilities
Congresses & LDB Divisional Initiatives
• Collaborate with the brands to adapt and execute DMI-led or internal brand-led communications to HCPs for webinars, conferences, events
• Develop and work with Omnichannel to create content for DMI or Multi-brand initiatives (giving back, congresses, grants, etc.)
• Work cross-functionally with Medical Relations, Medical Communications, Omnichannel, Regional Managers to identify needs/challenges with medical events and collaborate with appropriate stakeholders to remedy issues or streamline processes
• Collaborate with Medical Relations Director to identify congresses and sponsored activations that are aligned with each brands’ strategies and objectives
• Assist in coordination of existing and identifying new medical business opportunities for the division and/or brands and work across departments and brands to coordinate the execution of the opportunities
• Work with various medical associations (CDA, ARSC, Melanoma network, etc.) to identify opportunities to collaborate with our brands
• Attend and participate in regularly scheduled meetings with the brands to align on strategies and activities
Medical Advocacy
• Collaborate with Medical Relations, Communications, DMI on development and execution of medical Dermfluencer/social media/PR programs
• Develop and execute an LDB Derm Advocacy program, including but not limited to: Ad Board meetings, educational content, speaking engagements
• Be a central point of contact for all L'Oréal divisions for engagements with Derms and other HCPs and ensure that each brand is abiding to our global and local policies and procedures for engaging with HCPs
• Work with Medical Relations Director on identifying KOLs for brands to collaborate with
• Execute contracts with KOLs for their services
• Work with Medical Relations Director on development of a strategy and frame for internal social media posts
• Work with reps, regional managers, medical communications and Medical Relations Director on identifying and refining KOL/ROL mapping across various HCP specialties
Digital Medical in virtual health
• Develop content (i.e., patient guides, digital tear pads, digital coupons, platform product integration) in collaboration with teledermatology partners, design agency and international teams (when applicable) on the creation, implementation and optimization of content
• Work with Omnichannel and BI Analyst to identify and capture data and metrics for all virtual conferences, virtual meetings/events, teledermatology platforms and build a dashboard to track against pre-defined KPIs
• Analyze and share insights derived from the reporting Teledermatology partners
• Coordinate with events coordinator and brands to execute webinars in partnership with our telederm partners
• Work with Project Manager on forecasting and delivery of samples and products to ePharmacy partners
• Manage the day-to-day communication with sample providers, ePharmacies and Telederm platforms to keep projects moving forward in a timely manner
• Coordinate with brands and work with them on digital advertising initiatives (i.e., JCMS, others) including ensuring design is aligned with brand strategies and meets all design specifications
