Currently, our Consumer Products Division (CPD) is searching for experienced Media Manager for make-up category (Maybelline, L'Oréal Paris, NYX, Essie). As our Media Manager you will:

• Be responsible to maximize the impact of advertising in line with our brands strategies 
• Work closely with our partners to bring innovative solutions, simplified and compliant processes to the way we brief, plan, buy and analyze all medias, with expertise in both on and offline 
• Support and educate our marketing teams, generate better understanding of return on marketing investments (ROI) and usage of CMI information in our advertising practice 
• Close cooperation with sales and other departments such CS and logistic to develop winning business approach towards our clients across different business channels
• Evaluate practices, media opportunities & provide top management with analysis and actionable inputs
• Set up the legal framework of cooperation with the agency in compliance with the Group requirements

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing digital media for high volume business-to-consumer, eCommerce business
• Strategic thinker with understanding of consumer insight and media market
• Multitasker by nature who can manage multiple processes with a high level of quality and consistency
• Abilityto work in a team and to communicate in a clear way
• Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, customer-service orientation, and creativity in problem-solving
