KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

As a Marketing Director, you will be expected to formulate successful short- and long-term brand development strategies based on international positioning, adapting it to local realities and challenges for the continuous growth of the business. 

  • Strategic planning to determine the direction of the brands to achieve market leadership 
  • Manage the division/category portfolio in Ukraine and various product strategies 
  • Responsibility for international launches and creating the right positioning in the local market 
  • Ensure sustainable growth of brands in the O+O model in a profitable way 
  • Manage the budget process (sales forecast, pricing strategy, P&L and brand profitability) 
  • Leading the go-to-market strategy with a strong approach to collaboration with other departments/services (logistics, sales, legal, finance, education) 
  • Manage marketing mix strategies (IMC, 360, Digital, Retail), identifying the right brand communication channels 
  • Manage transformation processes and create a common vision with the team 
  • Ensuring that sustainability is activated at your level 
  • Supporting your team in continuous development and expertise growth, facilitating training and tracking trends 
  • Encouraging collaborative thinking and sharing of experiences within the team as well as with other teams, facilitating networking

YOUR BACKGROUND 

  • Dynamic and motivated marketing specialist with over 10 years of experience in building and shaping short-term and long-term marketing strategies for FMCG brands 
  • Team management experience of 5 years, professional coaching 
  • Strategic thinking in work, focus on market trends and ability to apply them in practice 
  • A leader who easily manages different profiles in his/her team and uses the latest solutions for team development 
  • Confident in analytics, with in-depth knowledge and experience in marketing research  
  • Ability to speak in public and present ideas to various stakeholders 
  • Ability to multitask, flexible and innovative approach to work 
  • English Upper-Intermediate
