Role and Responsibilities:
  • Management of end to end customers’ orders cycle from punching till invoicing.
  • Follow up on delivery statuses & delivery schedules with MLS transport and ATS regional customer service teams (to avoid refusals etc)
  • Develop dashboards to monitor and report orders execution and delivery statuses.
  • Backorders analysis and validation.
  • Master data management by ensuring that correct data are communicated correctly in order forms. Highlight issues to planning teams if needed.
  • Develop projects to enhance visibility and coordination between teams.
  • Follow up with LOKSA sales team on POD
  • Follow up on GRN/GCNs closure on time.
