Role and Responsibilities:
- Management of end to end customers’ orders cycle from punching till invoicing.
- Follow up on delivery statuses & delivery schedules with MLS transport and ATS regional customer service teams (to avoid refusals etc)
- Develop dashboards to monitor and report orders execution and delivery statuses.
- Backorders analysis and validation.
- Master data management by ensuring that correct data are communicated correctly in order forms. Highlight issues to planning teams if needed.
- Develop projects to enhance visibility and coordination between teams.
- Follow up with LOKSA sales team on POD
- Follow up on GRN/GCNs closure on time.
