Sales & Business Development

Main job accountabilities

- Create and implement a strategy for optimum usage of external resources based on the overall sales strategy of the company (beauty advisors, hair and dermo consultants, merchandisers)

- Execute business analysis of the retailers’ doors. Identify business opportunities of different doors and propose resource allocation to maximize sell out opportunities. Take corrective measures to strengthen their performances

- Communicate clearly to the external agencies the company’s objectives and merchandising standards, and monitor their implementation

- Maintain the relationships with external agencies, communicating in time the information regarding the payment of salaries and bonuses

- Maintain a clear situation of the number of persons employed, expenses and allocated budget; be actively involved in the recruitment of external sales force

- Organize and manage tactical actions in order to have immediate results in POS (eg implementation of big launches) 

- Increase and monitor the external sales force capabilities in order to better achieve the company’s objectives 

- Contribute to the preparation of budget for our external “sales force” (beauty advisors, merchandisers, hair and dermo consultants). Manage and allocate monthly the field support budget

- Build and deliver trainings to different populations (CPD employees, distributors, beauty advisors, merchandisers etc) regarding the product specificities and make up techniques

- Develop and maintain a communication platform for Sales Representatives

- Consolidate consumers’ responses and insights giving feedback to brand team members

Professional & technical competencies

-        Organized, attentive to details

-        Has worked with budgets and has a good record of managing them

-        Good communicator, able to deal with a variety of personalities, good track of managing difficult persons (assertive, respectful in communication)

-        Ideally has managed complex projects before

-        Excel & Outlook proficient

-        Able to understand consumer behavior and how to influence purchase/ selling techniques

-        Passionate about make up would be a plus
