[L'oreal Korea] (Sr.) Product Manager - Kerastase Marketing team, PPD(Professional Products Division)


[JOB SUMMARY] 

Lead products’ campaigns and initiatives to solidify brand and reputation. Responsible for developing the whole strategy of product campaigns in cooperation with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Supply Chain, etc. Launch new products and push the growth of key pillar products to win in the haircare market with experience of brand through holistic marketing communication. The scope includes planning new launch product campaigns strategically, initiating marketing programs and execution, reporting market trends, and sales analysis. 



[CORE WORK ACTIVITIES] 

1. New launch, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue

  • Plan, Manage and integrate campaigns with related teams including budget, concept, message, key strategy, and leverage action plan to roll out throughout touchpoint of consumers
  • Develop product marketing strategy and 360° marketing program (Product concept/ Promotion/ Event/ GWP/PLV) 
  • Ensure the successful implementation of all activations, events, and product launches by developing the necessary marketing guidelines, materials, and sales tools in line with brand strategy.  
  • Analyze regular campaign result on key pillar product and share with related team.
  • Analyze and report on haircare market trend and competitor’s activity


2. Product Lifecycle and Forecast Management

  • Responsible on forecast new/existing product forecast and inventory management of saleable products, testers, and samples
  • Work closely with Supply Chain in managing sales forecasting, ensuring product availability, inventory ageing, and avoiding out of stock situations.  
  • Ensure product sales forecast accuracy reflected by online & off channel disposition
  • Analyze data on product segments/categories to make recommendations on brand strategy
  • Forecast tester and sample qty by monthly and manage stocks by channels effectively


3. Communication skills

  • Work and collaborate effectively with other departments to achieve marketing objective (Supply chain, E-com, Retail, Digital Communications, and Merchandizing, RA)
  • Indicate ownership and sense of responsibility with endurance.


[Knowledge, Skills, Abilities]

  • Education: University graduate
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other skills: Proficient with Excel and PPT


[QUALIFICATION & PREFERENCE]

  • University graduate
  • +6 years
  • Consumer goods, cosmetic experience is preferred
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Proficient with Excel & any other analysis tool
