Job Title: E-Key Account Manager – Sales Online, Consumer Products Division



In the Consumers Products Division, our mission is to democratize the best of beauty, which means bringing beauty to all. By combining advanced technology, scientific research, and consumer insights, the Consumer Products Division delivers high-quality and innovative products in categories such as haircare, skincare, makeup, and personal care. Your future team plays a vital role in building, managing and developing long-term e-commerce relationships to achieve the targeted sales revenue by increasing the brand’s online presence.



Take the lead in negotiating annual agreements with Ecommerce partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships.


Develop plans, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and goals to achieve for each Ecommerce partner

- Conduct a thorough analysis of each Ecommerce partner's business and market landscape to develop tailored plans, KPIs, and goals.

- Define clear objectives and metrics to measure the success of the partnership, such as sales targets, market share growth, and customer acquisition.

- Regularly review and adjust the plans, KPIs, and goals based on performance and market dynamics to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- In charge of eCommerce Promotion by customer by brand especially, require a strong leadership in terms of cross-brand promotion and customer driven big promotion with NAVER partners.

- Monitor and analyze daily, weekly sales of the channels. (daily, weekly, monthly and by product)


Define and implement Go-to-Market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, business development, supply chain, IT, etc.)

- Align marketing initiatives, supply chain capabilities, IT infrastructure, and sales strategies to ensure seamless execution and optimal customer experience.

- Foster strong communication and collaboration among teams to drive alignment and maximize the impact of the Go-to-Market strategy.

- Negotiate and communicate with NAVER MDs, cooperating with BD team and MKT team.


Identify new ecommerce trends and opportunities for business growth and implement action plans


- Stay updated on the latest ecommerce trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities for business growth.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to inform the development of action plans.

- Collaborate with relevant teams to implement innovative strategies and initiatives that capitalize on identified opportunities and drive growth.


Develop compelling product proposals that highlight the unique value proposition and benefits of the brand's products for Ecommerce partners


Handle specific sales events to enhance brand visibility and improve sales performance, using information collected from the marketing department


Analyze and interpret Ecommerce partner's sales reports to identify strengths, weaknesses, and business opportunities


  • Education : University graduate 
  • Years of experience : Min. 3~5+ years
  • Specific Career Experience : 

-Must have E-Commerce background or relevant area (D2C Channel: Naver&Kakao)

-Commercial experience in modern trade channel (KAM) preferred

  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Other Skills : Proficient in MS Excel, PPT, Word
